Is parking available and what does it cost?

There is plenty of parking within walking distance however the nearest parking lot may be full. Parking availability in downtown Fullerton can vary depending on the day. But the good news is parking is FREE on Wednesdays.

 

Are food and drinks available for purchase?

Yes! Light appetizers and beverages (including alcoholic) are available for purchase before show and can be consumed during the show.

Can I have dinner there before or after the show?

Yes! Dinner reservations can be made by calling the Ziing's Bistro & Bar at (714) 526-5777 or you can make dinner reservations online at http://www.ziings.com/webform/index.php

Do I need to print out my ticket or show it from my phone?

Not necessarily. All we need is the NAME that you provided when the tickets were ordered. However, we recommend having access to your receipt in case of any confusion.

Is seating assigned?

No. Every seat is a great seat though. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each show. While you're waiting you are welcome to enjoy beverages or appetizers.

How early can I arrive?

Doors open at 30 minutes before the show start time. However, you can make dinner reservations for anytime before or after the shows. Ziing's opens at 5pm.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes. Cash, check, and card accepted onsite. Contact us via phone to inquire about last minute ticket availability. Tickets are also available at www.upclosemagical.com

Where is the entrance?

The entrance is at the back of the restaurant, opposite Harbor Blvd. Signs will be in place leading you to the entrance.
